Philippe will guide us through a curated tasting from Gönc Winery, where fourth-generation winemaker Peter Gönc crafts expressive, organically farmed wines that reflect the unique character of Slovenia's historic Štajerska wine region. Founded on a family winemaking tradition dating back to 1936, Gönc embraces minimal-intervention winemaking, allowing each wine to express its vineyard, vintage, and sense of place. Throughout the evening, Philippe will share the stories behind the winery, the region, and the philosophy that has made Gönc one of Slovenia's most exciting producers.
