Personalized Wine Subscription
Getting a subscription of wine can be just as exciting as it can be disappointing. Let’s be honest, sometimes there is a dud in the mix.
While it is always fun to explore new wines, we all have different tastes and palates. That’s why we go the extra step to learn more about you, and what you like and don’t like, in the wines you drink and keep track all of the wines you receive.
Once you subscribe, we will send you a short questionnaire to fill out. This will give us a place to start. Then Mel will follow up with you to learn a little more about what kind of wines you would like to receive in your subscription. Feedback is always welcome during the subscription so we can adjust to your preferences as you explore our wines. We kindly ask for a 3-month commitment and can go month-to-month after the trial period.

Payment Information and Charging
Your payment information is kept secure at all times. We charge subscriptions on the first Monday of each month. You will receive an emailed receipt for the payment at your email address on file. You will also receive an email reminder about the pickup date (always the first Tuesday of the month). If we are unable to charge the card on file, we will email you to request new payment information.
We ask for you to show a valid license of proof of age when you pick up the wines.
Please notify us if you will not be able to pick up your wines on the first Tuesday of every month to arrange an alternative pick up time. If you have not contacted us and your wine subscription is still on the pick up shelf from the following month (ex. June's subscription has not been picked up by the First Tuesday in July) they will be restocked and we will issue a $50 electronic gift card in lieu of that month's subscription. If you ever need to pause your subscription for a period of time please let us know.
